Our experienced, professional staff can assist with all the details, from setting up a custom menu to recommending vendors for decorations, floral arrangements, and more.
Event Photography
A picturesque rehearsal dinner on a cruise boat will provide memories you’ll want to cherish for a lifetime. Charleston Tours & Events can arrange for boarding photos behind a custom life-ring for all of your guests, giving them a keepsake of your special day. These photos are ready to be distributed by the end of your cruise, or a CD can be sent to you after the event. We can also arrange for photographers to join the cruise and help capture the entire event.
Entertainment/AV
A complimentary DJ is included with your Private Dinner Cruise package. We will work with you to ensure that music is played that complements your musical tastes. If you prefer a live band, we can arrange live music with a variety of options depending on your budget for the event. Rehearsal dinners are wonderful opportunities to look back on the lives of both the bride and groom with stories, pictures, and video presentations. We can provide projectors, screens, podiums, and microphones and can assist you in any A/V needs for any sort of presentations you might have in mind.
Catering & Bar
With Charleston Tours & Events, you can choose from our delicious preset menu options, or we can customize a special menu for your group—we can accommodate both vegetarian and gluten-free diets. An evening booked on one of our vessels includes bartenders as a part of the crew. You can pick from options, whether you want hosted bars, or have your guests pay for their own beverages. Some groups enjoy having a special “signature cocktail” or a non-alcoholic drink created for their event.

We can provide an organized and inexpensive way for your group to get to a location at the same time.
